Frankfurter Runden

The Frankfurt Runden are a unique mass participation event in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, taking place for the sixth time on May 31, 2026. Participants can freely choose between 10, 20, 30, or 40 km during the run by completing one to four laps on a flat, scenic course along the Main with a view of the skyline. The event is open to runners of all performance levels and offers professional timing, medical support, and on-course catering. A high-quality organic cotton shirt and digital live tracking features complete the offering.

Start and finish are located below the Holbeinsteg at the Main riverbank. Bib numbers and time slots are assigned according to the chosen distance, with start blocks at 10-minute intervals. There is a clothing bag storage, medical support, and electronic timing by Datasport. The course is very flat, but there are stairs to climb at km 8. The cut-off time is 12:00 PM. Participants receive a high-quality organic cotton shirt and can use the Your Run App for live tracking and community features.
