Frankfurter Runden

The Frankfurter Runden is a unique mass-participation running event in the heart of Frankfurt am Main, taking place for the sixth time on 31 May 2026. Participants can choose freely between 10, 20, 30 or 40 km during the run by completing one to four laps on a flat, scenic course along the Main with views of the skyline. The event is open to runners of all ability levels and offers professional timekeeping, medical support and refreshments on the course. A high-quality organic cotton shirt and digital live-tracking features round out the offer.

The start and finish are located below the Holbeinsteg on the banks of the Main. Bib numbers and start times are assigned according to the chosen distance, with start waves every 10 minutes. Bag drop, medical support and electronic timing by Datasport are available. The course is very flat, although there are steps to negotiate at km 8. The finish closes at 12:00. Participants receive a high-quality organic cotton shirt and can use the Your Run app for live tracking and community features. Run on what is probably Germany’s most beautiful running course, choose your laps flexibly, and enjoy an included shirt, live tracking and medical support.
