Silvesterlauf Frankfurt

The Spiridon Mainova New Year's Eve Run in Frankfurt is a traditional 10 km race taking place on December 31, 2026, at Deutsche Bank Park. The course is mostly flat and runs through wooded areas on asphalt and well-maintained forest paths. It is accurately measured according to AIMS rules and is open to both club and recreational runners. In addition to the main race, there are also schoolchildren’s and Bambini races, which are particularly popular and regularly see record participation. The event is organized by Spiridon Frankfurt e.V. and offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a broad field of participants.

Start and finish at the Wintersporthalle at Deutsche Bank Park. Participation is limited to a maximum of 3,000 athletes. Race materials are mailed to participants who register in advance; late registrants receive them at the venue. There are schoolchildren’s races over 2 km and 4 km, as well as Bambini races. The race is eligible for best-list rankings and is a scoring event in the Rosbacher Main-Lauf-Cup 2025. The HLV Frankfurt district championships are held as part of the race. The New Year's Eve Run is open to club and recreational runners, with the start and finish at the Wintersporthalle at Deutsche Bank Park. Registration is online only. Race numbers include a chip, and there is refreshments at the finish, as well as showers and toilets in the hall.
