Flörsheimer Lebenslauf

The 15th Flörsheim Lebenslauf on 29 August 2026 is a traditional race commemorating the town’s deliverance from the plague in 1666. The approximately 10 km course covers two laps, starting along the banks of the Main and passing through Eddersheim, the town park and the old town before finishing at the historic Gallusplatz. The motto “Remember – Run – Give Thanks” reflects the event’s religious and community spirit. Proceeds benefit the support associations of Riedschule and Paul-Maar-Schule. Alongside the main race, there are children’s and youth races with no entry fee.

Late entries are accepted at the race-number distribution desk in the Galluszentrum until 30 minutes before the respective race, with no late-entry fee. There is a Bambini race (approximately 800 m) for children born in 2017 or later, with no entry fee, as well as a beginners’ and youth race of approximately 2.6 km for participants born in 2018 or earlier, with no age-group divisions.
