Vorlauf zum Harz-Gebirgslauf

The warm-up for the Harz Mountain Run is a free test run held one week before the main race. It gives runners the opportunity to check their fitness and get to know the Harz Mountain Run courses. Everyone starts together at 9:30 a.m. in Himmelpforte, Wernigerode, with distances of 2 km, 5 km, 11 km and 22 km. Participants are welcomed at the finish with tea and lard bread. No registration is required, but the courses are not yet marked.
