44. Bad Harzburger Silvesterlauf

The Bad Harzburg New Year’s Eve Run is a long-standing running event organized by MTK Bad Harzburg since 1981. The race takes place every year on December 31 in the Sportpark an der Rennbahn and is the oldest New Year’s Eve run in the region. The event offers several distances, including 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000 meters, run on a 2,500-meter loop. Participants can record and follow their lap times electronically, making the race especially appealing.

The race office opens at 11 a.m. on race day. Live results are available online for the first time at https://oresults.eu/events/2639. Timing is provided by a SportIdent chip, which is scanned after each lap on the 5,000- and 10,000-meter courses.
