Stadtlauf Hanau - Stärke zeigen - gemeinsam gegen Gewalt an Frauen

The Hanau City Run takes place on September 18, 2026, under the motto “Show strength – Together against violence against women.” Around 3,500 people take part each year to make a stand against violence against women. The run combines sporting commitment with an important social cause and provides a platform for solidarity and awareness. The event is well organized, with bib pickup and the race office at Hanau City Hall.

The race office opens at 2 p.m. on race day at City Hall. Bib pickup is available from 2 p.m. Bag storage is available at City Hall from 3:30 p.m. Changing facilities are limited. There are no shower facilities. Paid parking is available in nearby parking garages. Mobile structures on Market Square are permitted only for the organizers. The run is an annual event that raises donations for women’s shelters. Registration opens in June 2026. More than 3,500 participants are expected.
