Stadtlauf Düren

The Düren City Run on July 12, 2026, offers a diverse running experience in the city center of Düren with competitions for children, hobby, and ambitious runners. The routes lead through urban passages, along the Rur River, and through green park areas, with start and finish lines centrally located at the marketplace. A highlight is the First or Burst eliminator race on a 500-meter loop course. All participants receive an official MIZUNO participant shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the finish line refreshments.

The official MIZUNO participant shirt is mandatory and serves as start authorization. Electronic timing with online certificate. Finish line refreshments at Kaiserplatz for all finishers. The children's run is free and features a Kids Activity Area with various stations. Award ceremonies take place immediately after the competitions on the marketplace. Routes include the city center, children's run, 5 km, 10 km, and First or Burst; registration includes T-shirt, goodies, electronic timing, certificate, and refreshments; event at the marketplace with award ceremonies and partner activities.
