Spargellauf - "Run den Damm"

The Spargellauf "Run den Damm" in Lampertheim is a popular community run with a 35-year tradition, appealing to runners of all ages and skill levels. The event offers courses over 5 km, 10 km, and a half marathon on a flat, well-marked loop along the Altrheindamm with the finish line at the Adam-Günderoth Stadium. In addition to the athletic competition, a lively atmosphere with spectators, music, and an after-race party with a live DJ ensures an unforgettable experience. The 10 km race is also the district championship of the Bergstraße district. The event is family-friendly and warmly welcomes both ambitious runners and beginners or walkers.

Late registrations are possible on-site until 1 hour before each race for a small late registration fee. Bib pickup is available until 30 minutes before the race in the foyer of the Hans-Pfeiffer-Halle. Changing rooms, showers, and luggage storage are available. Medical services and refreshment stations with water, apple spritzer, and isotonic drinks are provided along the course and at the finish. After the race, there is an after-race party with a live DJ, award ceremony, and food and drinks. All finishers receive a high-quality medal and can print certificates online.
