Sommerlauf des LSV Porz

The summer run of LSV Porz is a popular race in the recreational area Gut Leidenhausen in Cologne-Porz. It takes place as the Ingeborg Urbach Memorial Run and offers courses between 1 km and 5 km for ambitious runners and recreational joggers. The 5 km and 10 km routes are measured by the DLV and are eligible for best lists, with the 5 km loop considered one of the fastest running routes in Cologne. An entry fee also supports Brusthilfe Deutschland e.V. and the Waldschule Leidenhausen.

Registration deadline is June 23, 2026. On the day of the event, late registration is possible for a fee of 2 €, students are exempt from the late registration fee. Timing is provided by time-and-voice.com. Bibs must be worn on the chest. 1 euro per participant is donated to Brusthilfe Deutschland e.V. and the Waldschule Leidenhausen. Terrain in the recreational area Leidenhausen, registration via SEPA direct debit, bib on the chest, medals for all pre-registered participants, award ceremonies for the top runners, online certificates available.
