Söltjerlauf

The Söltjerlauf in Bad Münder is a charity run in the beautiful Süntel, where every lap counts. The event is open to all age groups and performance levels, from children to marathon runners, and features a shaded forest circuit approximately 3.8 km long with a refreshment point. Participants have four hours to run as many laps as possible, with proceeds going to a good cause. The event promotes team spirit and health and invites attendees to stay after the run with catering and an award ceremony.

Shuttle service from 09:30 AM is available to arrive on time for the 11:00 AM start. Late registrations are possible online until 12.06.2026 with a late registration fee of 3 euros. Each participant receives a certificate indicating the kilometers run. The top individual finishers and the top 10 teams will receive prizes. Parking is limited; it is recommended to use alternative parking and the shuttle bus. Dogs are only allowed on a short leash and are not permitted as team members. The competition is open to all age groups, with sponsors donating per lap for local projects. Venue at the Bergschmiede, supported by local sponsors such as Sparkasse Hameln-Weserbergland and Ardagh Group.
