Söltjerlauf

The Söltjerlauf in Bad Münder is a charity run in the beautiful Süntel, where every lap counts. The event is open to all ages and ability levels, from children to marathon runners, and features a shaded forest loop of approx. 3.8 km with a refreshment point. Participants have four hours to run as many laps as possible, with the proceeds going to a good cause. The event promotes team spirit and health, and invites participants to stay after the run for catering and the awards ceremony.

A shuttle service will be available from 09:30 to get participants to the 11:00 start on time. Online late registration is possible until 12.06.2026, with a late-registration fee of 3 euros. Every participant receives a certificate stating the distance they ran. Prizes will be awarded to the top individual runners and the top 10 teams. Parking is limited, so using the alternative parking areas and bus shuttle is recommended. Dogs are allowed only on a short leash and may not participate as members of a team. Competition open to all age groups; sponsors donate for local projects for every lap completed. Venue at Bergschmiede, supported by local sponsors including Sparkasse Hameln-Weserbergland and Ardagh Group.
