Run´n Roll for Help

The Run'n Roll for Help is a traditional city run in Giessen that has been inspiring female runners for over 28 years. Annually, the streets of the city center transform into a sporting highlight, where alongside the athletic competition, the good cause is at the forefront. With over 1,200 participants in 2025 and a donation total of over 19,000 euros for Lebenshilfe and Aidshilfe, the event is a significant charity race celebration in the region. The event offers a great atmosphere and warmly invites all running enthusiasts to participate in August 2026.
