Meilenlauf beim WGV-Leichtathletik-Festival

The WGV Athletics Festival on 21 June 2026 in Stuttgart offers a varied programme celebrating athletics. At its heart is the Street Mile, a new running format in the city centre that is open to all running enthusiasts. The festival also features the KLEINformat! Charity Run, where every lap completed supports a good cause, as well as an Elite Mile with top athletes and a Children’s Mile for the youngest participants. The festival brings together elite sport, recreational sport and social commitment in a unique event in the heart of Stuttgart.

The KLEINformat! Charity Run starts at 11:00 a.m. and lasts 75 minutes. The loop is approx. 800 metres long and flat. The Street Mile starts at 12:15 p.m. and is open to all running enthusiasts. The Elite Mile starts at 12:40 p.m., and the Children’s Mile at 1:00 p.m. Participation in the charity run is free; voluntary donations are welcome. The Street Mile is a new format being held in Stuttgart for the first time. Registration is open until 21 June 2026; various race categories are available for children and adults. The event is part of an athletics festival featuring additional sporting activities.
