Ilsfelder Nikolauslauf

The Ilsfeld St. Nicholas Run is a traditional running event taking place on 6 December 2026 in Ilsfeld. The races follow scenic circular routes along the Schozach through the municipality. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, the focus here is on the enjoyment of running. In addition to individual and group entries, there is also a St. Nicholas category for runners wearing a St. Nicholas costume. The event is approved by the German Athletics Association and takes place in all weather conditions.

Timing is recorded as net time using a single-use transponder system attached to the race number. The awards ceremony takes place in the community hall. Prizes are awarded to the St. Nicholas costume winners, the largest group, the fastest group and solo runners. The courses are not officially measured and are not eligible for rankings. Registration by 25 November 2026 allows participants to receive a personalized race number; after that date, only standard race numbers are available. The event takes place in all weather conditions. St. Nicholas costumes must include trousers (a skirt is also acceptable), a top and a hat. Individual and group starts are available. The St. Nicholas category includes gifts. Online registration. Transponder timing. Awards ceremony in the community hall.
