The itdesign Nikolauslauf in Tübingen is a traditional half marathon organized by Post-SV Tübingen since 1976. The course is officially measured and recognized as a road race, making it eligible for ranking lists. The route runs along finely graveled forest paths and paved sections with moderate climbs, and water, tea, and special sports drinks are available at several refreshment stations. A high-quality technical shirt is included in the entry fee for all participants and can be collected at the runners’ expo. In addition to the main race, there is also a 10 km school competition and a virtual 10 km race.
