Heidenheimer Sparkassen-Stadtlauf

The Heidenheimer Sparkassen City Run on June 14, 2026, offers a range of races for everyone from beginners to half-marathon runners through Heidenheim city center. The half marathon follows two nearly identical laps through the city, passing landmarks such as St. Paul’s Church, the city library, and Brenzpark. The event also includes 10 km and 5 km races, as well as student and Bambini races. All participants receive chip timing via a transponder integrated into their bib number and ample refreshments at the finish.

Timing uses a disposable transponder in the bib number. Technical shirts featuring the city run design can be ordered when registering. Baggage drop-off is available from 7 a.m. in the Rathaus underground garage. Medical support is provided by the German Red Cross. Awards ceremonies take place in front of St. Paul’s Church. Photos will be posted online after the race.
