EWE Nordseelauf - Etappe 4

The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian Islands on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. Over eight days, participants run, walk or Nordic walk stages of around 10 km on the islands of Borkum, Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeoog, Spiekeroog and Wangerooge. The event attracts running enthusiasts from across Germany and abroad, offering a unique running experience with a maritime atmosphere and a chance to enjoy nature. Due to limited capacity, the race is very popular and sells out quickly.

Race numbers are distributed from approximately 1 hour after the special ferry arrives on each island until 30 minutes before the start. Each participant receives a race number with an integrated timing chip. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available on the islands. Sports-bag storage is provided. There is no waiting list or reserve list; entries are non-transferable and will not be reallocated if cancelled. Stage race across seven islands, approx. 10 km per stage, no waiting list, limited capacity due to ferry and infrastructure constraints, fully booked.
