Race description
The Eßlinger Zeitung Run, also known as the EZ Run, is a traditional road race in Esslingen am Neckar that has been held annually since 1999. Organized by the Eßlinger Zeitung and TSG Esslingen, it is the largest mass-participation sporting event in the Esslingen district. Since 2003, the main race has covered a 10 km course on a 2.5 km loop through the city center, considered challenging because of its cobbled sections. The event also includes children’s and schoolchildren’s races. The EZ Run is a member of German Road Races.

Additional information
