Brakelsieker Volkslauf "Am Fuße des Mörths"

The Brakelsieker Volkslauf “Am Fuße des Mörths” is a traditional local running, walking and Nordic walking event in Schieder-Schwalenberg, held on a Saturday afternoon in October. It offers a range of distances for adults and young people, including 5 km, 9 km and 15 km runs, as well as 5 km and 9 km walking and Nordic walking. The start and finish are at the Brakelsiek sports ground, and the course runs around the village sports ground, with a gently rolling, rural profile at the foot of the Mörth. The event is a lovely opportunity to enjoy the autumn scenery in a relaxed atmosphere.
