Adventslauf

The Advent Run in Lage is a traditional running event organized by the running division of TG Lage. The course runs through the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park and features well-maintained forest trails, partly along the famous Hermann Trail. The run is suitable for runners of all ability levels and takes place annually in December. The event is part of TG Lage’s varied running and walking program, which also offers beginner courses and training opportunities.

TG Lage’s running division also offers a Nordic walking beginner course that covers the basics in 4 sessions of 60 minutes each. Walking poles are available to borrow. There is also a 10-session pass for time-limited training participation, valid for 6 months and 10 training sessions. The office is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Run on forest and field paths in the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park, on the 2nd Sunday of Advent; easy to reach, with a festive atmosphere in the gym.
