The Advent Run in Lage is a traditional running event organized by the running department of TG Lage. The course takes place through the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park and features well-maintained forest paths, partly along the well-known Hermannsweg. The run is suitable for runners of all performance levels and takes place annually in December. The event is part of the diverse running and walking offerings of TG Lage, which also provides beginner courses and training opportunities.

The running department of TG Lage also offers a beginner's course for Nordic walking, which covers basic techniques in 4 sessions of 60 minutes each. Rental poles are available. Additionally, there is a 10-session card for limited-time training participation, valid for 6 months and 10 training sessions. The office is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Run on forest and field paths in the Teutoburg Forest Nature Park, on the 2nd Advent, easily accessible, festive setting in the gymnasium.
