50. Hermann-Löns-Park-Lauf

The Hermann-Löns-Park Run in Hannover-Kirchrode is a traditional road and community run held annually in early November. The event offers various distances from 400 meters to 10 kilometers, which are officially measured and approved by the German Athletics Association. The race features a family-friendly atmosphere with volunteer support and professional timing. Participants can enjoy a raffle and refreshments at the finish area, making it a popular event in the region.

Late registrations are possible on-site on Saturday from 2 pm to 4 pm and on Sunday from 9 am until 45 minutes before the start. Bib numbers can be collected on both days. Electronic timing with results linked to the bib number will be used. Spikes are not allowed and may lead to disqualification. The event takes place in all weather conditions. A deposit of 2€ is required at registration for the bib. Distances from 1.5 km to 10 km, marathon relay, registration and results available online.
