Race description
The 34th Münden Old Town Run will take place on October 31, 2026, in Hann. Münden and offers suitable courses for runners of various age groups and performance levels. The event includes children’s and school runs as well as 5 km and 10 km races for hobby and competitive athletes. The course has been measured by the Lower Saxony Athletics Association and is considered record-eligible. In addition to individual rankings, there are also group and team classifications, making the run particularly attractive for teams. The organizing team places great importance on professional execution and continuous optimization of the event.

Additional information
The 5 km course offers a so-called stacking classification for groups. The 10 km course has a team classification for teams of three people, including at least one woman. About 40 volunteers support setup, dismantling, and securing the race routes. Various local institutions such as fire brigade, police, and city administration are involved.
