34. Mündener Altstadtlauf

The 34th Mündener Altstadtlauf takes place on October 31, 2026, in Hann. Münden and offers suitable distances for runners of different age groups and ability levels. The event includes Bambini and schoolchildren’s races, as well as 5 km and 10 km races for recreational and competitive runners. The course is measured by the Lower Saxony Athletics Association and is therefore eligible for record times. In addition to individual rankings, there are group and team rankings, making the race particularly appealing to teams. The organizing team places great importance on professional delivery and continually improving the event.

The 5 km course offers a so-called combined ranking for groups. The 10 km course has a team ranking for teams of three, including at least one woman. Around 40 volunteers help with setup and dismantling and secure the race routes. Various local institutions, including the fire department, police, and city administration, are involved.
