21. Citylauf

The GVG City Run Bedburg is a traditional race event taking place on September 13, 2026, in the traffic-free city center of Bedburg. The event offers various distances for all age groups, from the toddler run to school runs and the 10 km main race. The races start and finish on the marketplace in front of the town hall, with routes passing through the city center. The city run is ideal for runners of all performance levels and promotes community activity.

Registration on the day of the event is possible until one hour before the respective start with an additional fee of 3.00 euros (the toddler run is free of charge and does not require registration). Headphones, MP3 players, baby joggers, and dogs are not allowed for safety reasons. The courses are measured and certified by the DLV. There is a 12-week running course as preparation for beginners. The event takes place on September 12, 2026, and includes children's runs alongside the main races. Registration is online, and the event is very popular within the local community.
