Uplengener Adventslauf

The Uplengen Advent Run is a traditional cross-country race taking place for the 54th time. The races run through the Hollsand Nature Reserve and offer challenging courses depending on the weather. The event is one of the oldest running events in the region and is often used to prepare for cross-country championships. Various course distances give young people and adults the opportunity to achieve personal bests or improve their endurance. The Remels Primary School Friends’ Association will provide coffee and cake.

U14 runners can choose between 1450 m and 3100 m; U16 runners can take part in the 4450 m middle-distance race. The red loop is approximately 3000 m plus a 100 m start chute. The course uses a checkpoint system for route guidance.
