Winterlaufserie

The Nuremberg Winter Running Series is a traditional running event held in multiple stages around Dutzendteich and Silbersee in Nuremberg. The races take place on gravel and partially paved paths, with snow and ice possible on the course, emphasizing the winter character. The series offers various distances from 5 km to 20 km and is aimed at recreational athletes of all ages. The event is open to all runners, and club membership is not required. Times are measured electronically, and there is a cup ranking for participants who take part in all three races.

The winter running series consists of three races with distances of 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, and 20 km spread over three dates. Participants must register for all three races to be eligible for the cup ranking. The bib number is non-transferable and must be visibly worn. Refreshments are available at the start/finish area. The course may change due to official orders. Routes around Dutzendteich and Silbersee; snow and ice possible; no accompaniment on sports equipment allowed; no aids such as inline skates; start times between November 2025 and February 2026.
