Wemdinger Stadtlauf

The Wemding City Run invites runners of all ages to explore the historic old town of Wemding and the scenic landscape on the edge of the Ries. A special highlight is the panoramic run to the pilgrimage church Maria Brünnlein, combining athletic challenge with impressive views. The event offers a family-friendly atmosphere and is suitable for both experienced runners and beginners. Timing is done electronically via transponders in the bibs, and there is an award ceremony on the stage at the marketplace.

Race bibs and late registrations are available on the event day until 30 minutes before each start at the competition office at the Geopark information point at the marketplace. Children's run without timing and results; all children's and school runs receive medals. Timing for other runs is via transponders in the bibs.
