Silvesterlauf München

The MRRC New Year's Eve Run Munich is a traditional running event held annually on December 31st in the Olympic Park Munich. With over 4,300 participants from 54 nations, the New Year's Eve Run is one of the largest New Year's Eve runs in Germany. The races take place on loop courses through the Olympic Park with start and finish near the lake shore close to the Olympic Tower. The event offers routes for all age groups and performance levels, providing an energetic and festive way to end the year.

Race bibs can be picked up on December 30th from 5 to 7 pm and on the event day from 9:30 am. Race bibs with QR code must be worn visibly on the chest. Safety pins are provided. Pacemakers are available for the 5 km and 10 km races. Start and finish are at the lake shore near the Olympic Tower. No late registrations are possible. Changes to the start number are possible until December 23, 2025, for a fee. Public transportation and bicycles are recommended for travel. Annual participant numbers range from 1,600 to over 2,900, including results, photos, and videos. Online registration is available.
