Wardenburger Sommerlauf

The Wardenburg Summer Run is a long-standing race by runners, for runners, held at the IGS am Everkamp in Wardenburg. A range of distances starting at 5 kilometres is offered, including a 5 km fun run, a 10 km public run and a 10-mile run. The races feature varied courses, with the split between the 10 km and 10-mile routes at Tillysee serving as an important landmark. The event emphasizes fair and well-organized race management, with chip timing, and also offers special races for children.

No changes to entries or race-day registrations are possible on the day of the event. Bibs have an integrated timing chip and must be worn visibly. Runners with baby joggers are asked to line up at the back of the start. Running with dogs is not permitted. The Bambini run has no bibs or timing. Bibs must be returned in the finish area; a €5 fee will be charged if they are not returned. The time limit for runners is 16:00. Toilets are available on site. The event takes place on 5 September 2026 at the IGS am Everkamp in Wardenburg. There are various race categories, chip timing via race bibs, no race-day registration, and facilities including toilets, changing rooms and showers.
