Race description
The Wachtel-Run of TSG Niederhofheim will take place on May 31, 2026, in Liederbach and invites running enthusiasts of all ages to a sporty day. Various distances are offered, including 10 km, 5 km, school runs, and a children's run. Additionally, there is a 5 km Wachtel-Walk for walking beginners and speed walkers without ranking. The event offers a family-friendly atmosphere with start and finish at the sports field in Liederbach.

The runs start in waves: 9:30 AM for 5 km and 10 km runs, 9:40 AM for 5 km Wachtel-Walk, 11:15 AM for school runs, 12:00 PM for the children's run. The Wachtel-Walk is non-competitive and aimed at walking beginners to speed walkers without poles. Registrations will be possible online from January 2026. The event promotes donations for the Bärenherz Children's Hospice and offers a varied running event in the Main-Taunus region.
