Race description
The Straberger 1/3 Marathon takes place on September 4, 2026, in Dormagen and offers races over 5 kilometers and 14.065 kilometers. The scenic route passes Kloster Knechtsteden and runs through the forest, making it ideal for beginners, experienced runners, and ambitious athletes. The event features samba and a festive atmosphere in the town center and is also suitable as a tune-up run for the Cologne Marathon. Children can take part in junior races and receive free running shirts and medals at the finish.
