Sauerborner Laufabend

The Sauerborner Laufabend is an established running event in Bad Soden-Neuenhain, taking place on July 11, 2026. The races start and end at the Sauerborn sports field and lead over a profiled course with asphalted field and paved forest paths. Two distances are offered, 5 km and 10 km, open to different age groups. The event is family-friendly and offers changing rooms and shower facilities in the nearby sports hall.

Late registrations are possible up to 30 minutes before the start without a late registration fee. Race documents can be collected from 4 p.m. at the sports field. Changing rooms and showers are available in the sports hall at Sauerborn. Limited parking spaces at the sports field. Animals, scooters, inline skates, skateboards, bicycles, and Nordic walking poles are not allowed on the course. Participation is at your own risk. The course runs over asphalted field and forest paths; registration until July 9, 2025; limited parking; changing rooms and showers available; observe safety rules.
