Rodenbacher Lauftag

The Rodenbacher Running Day is a traditional race for peace and democracy in Europe, taking place on October 3, 2026, for the seventh time. The event offers four competitions for the whole family on a flat, asphalted, and IAAF-measured high-speed course through the oxygen-rich Rodenbacher Forest. A special highlight is the stadium run at the end of the 5 km loop, providing exciting impressions for spectators and runners. For the youngest participants, there is an attractive stadium cross with obstacles, commented on by an experienced moderator team. The race is an ideal preparation for the autumn marathon and is characterized by a family-friendly atmosphere and professional organization.

Late registrations are possible on the day of the event on-site. The course is record-eligible and measured according to IAAF rules. Each finisher receives a special certificate, and numerous athletes are awarded on-site in ceremonies.
