The Refrather Autumn Run is a traditional race classic in the Königsforst near Bergisch Gladbach-Refrath, taking place annually since 1986. Start times: 5 km at 10:00 AM, 10 km at 11:00 AM, half marathon at 12:30 PM. Award ceremonies follow shortly after crossing the finish line. Parking is available at Rather Weg, approximately 1.2 km from the A4 exit Bensberg. Public transport access via KVB line 1 to 'Refrath'. The 5 km and 10 km courses are measured by the DLV and eligible for best lists. Participants can register online. The courses are gently hilly with a elevation difference of about 6 meters for the 5 km race and 20 meters for the 10 km race. The event has been a fixture in the regional running calendar for many years.
