Ottensteiner Wottellauf

The Ottensteiner Wottellauf is a traditional race event held annually in Ottenstein near Ahaus. The event offers various disciplines for children and adults, including 10 km, 5 km, and several children's races over shorter distances. The races start at Sportplatz 1 in 48683 Ahaus-Ottenstein and are characterized by a family-friendly atmosphere and well-organized proceedings. All participants receive certificates, medals, and trophies, making the race particularly attractive for runners of all ages.

Late registrations are possible on the day of the event until 30 minutes before the respective start. Showers and changing facilities are available at the venue. There is an option for unattended bag drop. Certificates are provided online. Trophies are awarded for places 1-3 in the 5 km and 10 km races. Every child receives a medal. There are material prizes for the largest group. Photo and video recordings will be made during the event and used for press and social media. Registration until October 23, 2025, start times from 11:05 a.m., showers and changing rooms available, photos and videos during the event.
