The Roßdorf Town Center Festival is a long-standing tradition, held annually on the third weekend in August, and celebrates its 42nd anniversary in 2026. It brings together Roßdorf’s diverse community and offers a varied program featuring live acts on three stages, a children’s and family area, and numerous clubs and local organizations. The town center is the social hub where visitors from near and far come together to celebrate. The Town Center Run on Sunday is a sporting highlight, starting and finishing in the town center.

The Town Center Run takes place on Sunday, with a warm-up from 11:00 a.m. and the start from 12:00 p.m. at the Town Center Run start/finish area. The children’s program and children’s band run from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The festival features live acts on three stages, a kids’ and family area, and numerous local clubs. Sporting run; registration opens in summer 2026 on the website of Skifreunde Roßdorf.
