Race description
The Mühlhausen Old Town Run is a traditional race through the historic old town of Mühlhausen, held annually since 1997. With three distances of 1.7 km, 5 km, and 10 km, it offers a sporting alternative to the Mühlhausen Kirmes and brings runners from the region together. The traditional start and finish point is Untermarkt in Mühlhausen. The event is organized in cooperation with the athletics club SV 1899 Mühlhausen e.V. and attracts around 800 to 1,100 participants each year.
