Monschau Marathon

The Monschau Marathon takes place from August 7 to 9, 2026, in the picturesque Eifel landscape and offers runners a challenging course with varied terrain. In addition to the classic marathon, the event includes ultra distances (K56 and K70), a Genuss-Marathon, and relay races. The course passes through historic old-town areas, green meadows, and forests, with impressive views, all in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The Monschau Marathon is an international running event offering great variety and a strong sense of community among participants, volunteers, and sponsors.

12 aid stations along the marathon course. Relay exchange points in Widdau and Kalterherberg. Medical services, doctors, a massage team, and sports physiotherapists on site. Camping is available on the Am Windrad sports field (10 euros per day/person; children free). Showers and changing rooms are available in the Konzen primary school gym. Late registrations are possible online and on site until 09.08.2026, with a late registration fee. Pacemakers for various target times. Finisher medal included; technical shirt available for an additional fee when registering online by July 31. Guided bike tour on Saturday with no entry fee.
