Race description
The Martinslauf is organized by SFD '75 e. V. for the 48th time around Lake Unterbach in Düsseldorf. The event offers a variety of races for all age groups, including children and youth runs, an inclusion run, and Nordic walking. The event is characterized by a family-friendly atmosphere and a diverse course that provides both sporting challenges and fun for the whole family. After the races, award ceremonies are held for various age groups, and there is an option to purchase a personalized finisher medal.

Additional information
Race bibs can be collected by mail (additional charge of 4 EUR) or on-site. Late registrations are possible with a fee of 3 EUR. Timing is done with a chip integrated into the start number, no rental fee. Showers are available at the nearby campground. Free parking is available at South and North Beach of Lake Unterbach. Finisher medals with name engraving and time can be ordered for 13 EUR and will be handed out on the event day. The 10 km race finishes by 13:15, with the event ending around 14:00. The Martinslauf offers a mix of popular runs, family events, and evening light runs, focusing on running fun, community, and a special atmosphere. Participation is at your own risk, with various race distances and activities for children and adults.
