Martinslauf

The Martinslauf is being organized for the 48th time by SFD '75 e. V. around Unterbacher See in Düsseldorf. The event offers a variety of races for all age groups, including Bambini and youth races, an inclusion run, and Nordic walking. It is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and varied course, offering both sporting challenges and fun for the whole family. Award ceremonies for various age groups take place after the races, and participants can purchase a personalized finisher medal.

Race packets can be mailed (for an additional fee of 4 EUR) or collected on site. Late registration is possible for a 3 EUR fee. Timing is done with a chip integrated into the race bib; there is no rental fee. Showers are available at the neighboring campsite. Free parking is available at Strandbad Süd and Strandbad Nord. A finisher medal engraved with the participant’s name and time can be ordered for 13 EUR and will be handed out on race day. The 10 km race cutoff is 13:15; the event ends at approximately 14:00. The Martinslauf combines fun runs, family events, and evening light runs, with a focus on running for fun, community, and a special atmosphere. Participation is at the participant’s own risk, with various race distances and activities for children and adults.
