Loßburger Waldlauf

The Loßburg Forest Run is a traditional autumn forest run in Loßburg, Germany, organized by Skiclub Loßburg. The event is being held for the 30th time and offers runners a varied route on roads and forest paths, with no laps on a track. There are several distances, including a 400 m run for children and young people and a challenging 10 km run for adults with a hilly profile. The races start in the evening, with the 10 km run beginning at 19:00.

The 10 km run starts at 19:00; the shorter run (6.7 km) starts earlier in the evening. The event takes place at the school center in Loßburg. Typical October weather is around 14 °C, with mostly cloudy skies and an average of 40 mm of precipitation. Registration is open until October 9, 2026. The event also includes children’s and youth races at various distances, including a 400 m run for the youngest participants.
