Lemgoer Hanselauf

The Lemgo Hanselauf is a traditional running competition held annually on the last or second to last Friday in August in Lemgo. The event offers courses of 3.3 km, 6.6 km, and 10 km on the city’s ramparts. Children and toddlers can also participate in shorter distances, making the Hanselauf a family-friendly event. With around 1,000 participants, the Hanselauf is a sporting highlight in the region that combines fun and community.

Number bib distribution and late registration on the day of the event from 4 PM in the right wing of Engelbert-Kämpfer-Gymnasium. No timing or rankings for children's and toddler races. Starting lineup from 4:55 PM. Participation is free of charge. Race on the ramparts, children's and toddler races, registration at Engelbert-Kämpfer-Gymnasium, late registration possible on the event day.
