Klosterlauf Aurachtal

The Klosterlauf Aurachtal is a running event starting and finishing near the Münchaurach Abbey Church. All routes are marked by kilometre and run mainly on paved paths and gravel tracks. Various events are offered, including a 10 km main race, a fun run, youth races, Nordic walking, and children’s and Bambini races. The event is open to all healthy people with sufficient training; club membership is not required.

Late entries are possible up to 1 hour before the respective start for an additional fee of 4,- €. Registration is valid only once payment has been received. Entry fees can be refunded up to 2 weeks before the event date. Prizes are awarded to places 1–3 in each age group (male/female). The event is managed by an external service provider. The main race route is 10 km (2 laps); the fun run, Youth Race B, and Nordic walking are 5 km (1 lap); the children’s race is approximately 1 km (out and back). Routes are mainly on paved paths. Online registration is available; late entries are subject to a fee. Participation is open from age 18 without club membership. Prizes are awarded to the top finishers in the age groups.
