Race description
The Forchheimer Nikolauslauf is a traditional running event organized by LG Forchheim on the Sports Island in Forchheim. The 46th edition will take place on December 5, 2026, and offers races for children and youth as well as a fun run over 5.3 km and a 10 km main race. The course runs on a new loop heading south, with the 10 km race circling the Sports Island four times. The event regularly attracts over 600 participants and offers a family-friendly and sporting atmosphere.
