Race description
The Käppelelauf is a traditional running event held annually on November 1st in Reudern near Nürtingen. The course covers 8.7 kilometers with approximately 245 meters of elevation gain on gravel forest paths up to the Käppele parking lot. The race is part of the Tälescup running series organized by TSV Beuren and offers a separate classification for Nordic walkers. After the race, there is an award ceremony and a traditional buffet, making the event a social occasion.
