Race description
The Kapellenlauf Vorra is a traditional race organized annually by DJK SC Vorra. It offers several distances, including a half marathon, a quarter marathon over 10.55 km, and a fun run and Nordic walking, both newly added in 2025. The course runs through the rural surroundings of Abtsdorf and offers both competitive racing and a more leisurely run. The event also hosts the Upper Franconian Half Marathon Championships and attracts many participants from the region.
