Race description
The Hüttenfelder Volksbank-Kerwelauf is a traditional running event with over 30 years of history, offering runners of all performance levels an attractive opportunity to test their endurance and have fun together. Three races are offered: a half marathon (21.1 km), a 10 km run, and a 2 km school run for children. The course mostly runs through shaded forest and provides a very flat, pleasant running environment with historic ammunition bunkers as special highlights. The start and finish are located at the Hüttenfelder allotment gardens, and after the races, an award ceremony takes place at the Kerweplatz at the Bürgerhaus.

Additional information
Water and isotonic drink stations in the forest and at the start/finish. No on-site registration possible. Award ceremony at 6:30 PM at the Kerweplatz at the Bürgerhaus. The 2 km school run runs over paved field paths and shaded forest edges. The course passes through forest, historic bunker facilities, water and refreshment stations, participation from age 7, on-site registration from 1:00 PM, various start times depending on age group.
