Heel-Lauf

The Heel Run in Baden-Baden on June 19, 2026 offers runners, walkers, and children a diverse range of routes in one of Germany's most beautiful running locations. The main course over 10 km connects industrial areas, nature, and the city center with a special Heel Run flair. The shorter 4 km runs and walking routes pass through green avenues and park landscapes, ideal for beginners and enthusiasts. There are also children's races, including Bambini and school runs, with medals at the finish line, making the event family-friendly.
