Race description
The Heel Run in Baden-Baden on June 19, 2026, offers runners, walkers and children a varied selection of courses in one of Germany’s most beautiful running locations. The main 10 km course combines industrial grounds, nature and the city centre with the distinctive Heel Run atmosphere. The shorter 4 km runs and walking courses pass through green avenues and parkland, making them ideal for beginners and those who prefer a more relaxed pace. Children can take part in Bambini and junior races and receive medals at the finish, making the event a family-friendly occasion.
Highlights
- 10 km run: Starts on the Heel company grounds, with nature sections along the Oos stream, 40 metres of elevation gain on Hochstraße, and a route through Baden-Baden’s spa gardens and city centre, including the pedestrian zone and Lichtentaler Allee
- 4 km run: Starts and finishes in front of the Baden-Baden Theatre, passing through the shady Lichtentaler Allee and the idyllic Klosterwiese
- 4 km walk: Nordic walking through Baden-Baden’s beautiful green spaces, starting and finishing at the theatre
