Güttersbacher Volkslauf 2026

The Güttersbach Volkslauf takes place on August 8, 2026, for the 29th time and is an established running event in the Hessian and Odenwald running calendar. The event is characterized by excellent organization, a great atmosphere, and smooth execution. The courses lead through the beautiful landscape around Mossautal and offer a challenge for runners of all performance levels. Start and finish are located in the town center at the community center, where catering for participants and spectators is also provided.

On the day of the event, late registration is possible until at least 30 minutes before the race begins. The first 200 pre-registered participants will receive a T-shirt, as will the first 80 registered students. The first place in each class (except walking) receives a trophy, a material prize, and a certificate. Every finisher receives an exclusive finisher medal. The use of the Güttersbach outdoor pool is free for participants. Catering for runners and spectators is well provided. Participants receive medals, T-shirts for early registration, there are limited parking spaces, and possible road closures. After the race, families have free entry to the outdoor pool.
