Freundschaftslauf der LLG Wustweiler

The 22nd Friendship Run of LLG Wustweiler takes place on November 7, 2026, at the Dorfwaldhalle Wustweiler. The event begins at 1:00 p.m. with the Wustweiler Beaver Trail (WuBiT), a challenging trail route, followed at 3:00 p.m. by running and walking groups. This is not a race and there is no timing; the focus is instead on enjoying exercise in nature and in good company. The route follows official forest paths and trails, with a small refreshment station at kilometer 12. Afterwards, participants can gather for food and drinks in the hall.

This is not a race and there is no timing. There are three groups at different paces (6–6:30, 7–7:30, and 8–8:30 min/km), accompanied by experienced LLG runners. The running and walking groups each run or walk for one hour. The route is approximately 7 to 11 km for runners and 5 to 6 km for walkers/hikers. The GPX file for the route is available to download. The event is part of the LLG Illtal Cup, together with the Illinger City Run and the Benin Benefit Run. A hot-air balloon ride will be raffled among participants who complete all three events (participants must be 18 or older; LLG members are not eligible). No race or timing; challenging forest paths and trails; trail shoes are recommended; participation is at your own risk; social gathering after the run.
