Race description
The Finnish Storm is an evening run in November on a joint-friendly Finnish track at the Sport and Salt Park Große Wiese in Arnsberg-Hüsten. The 1,000-meter-long and 2.50-meter-wide Finnish track offers a comfortable running surface with its soft, springy surface, which differs from asphalt or synthetic tracks. The course is illuminated in the evening, creating a special atmosphere for runners of all ages. The event attracts several hundred participants annually and is ideal for a November race in great spirits.

Additional information
The Finnish track is 2.50 m wide and runs independently of the rest of the pathway system. It is illuminated from 5:00 a.m. and until 11:00 p.m. in the evening. The Sport and Salt Park Große Wiese is signposted from the Hüsten junction of the A46. The event takes place on a wood chip track in the Sport and Salt Park Hüsten, which may be wet and slippery in November due to weather conditions, with catering and showers available on site.
