Filsum Löppt

Filsum Löppt is a traditional fun run held annually on the last Friday in June as part of the SV Blau-Weiß Filsum e.V. sports days. The event offers races for all age groups, from children to experienced runners, on varied paved country roads and footpaths around Filsum. The start and finish of all races are at the sports ground, where changing rooms and showers are also available. The course is well marked and secured by numerous marshals, with refreshment stations along the main races. The event is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and good organization, including electronic timing.

Late registration is available on race day from 17:00 until 30 minutes before the relevant start, with a late-registration fee of €4 ( €1 for the 400 m Kinnerloop). Electronic timing uses transponders on the back of the race bib (except for the 400 m Kinnerloop). Race bibs must be worn clearly visible on the chest. The participant limit for the main races (5.2 km, 5.2 km walking, 10.3 km) is 500 runners/walkers. The start and finish are at the sports ground, with changing rooms and showers available. Children’s races take place on grass and on secured routes.
