Filsum Löppt

Filsum Löppt is a traditional community race held annually on the last Friday of June as part of the sports days of SV Blau-Weiß Filsum e.V. The event offers races for all age groups, from children to experienced runners, on varied paved side roads and footpaths around Filsum. The start and finish of all races are located at the sports field, which also provides changing rooms and showers. The course is well marked and secured by numerous course marshals, with refreshment stations along the main routes. The event is characterized by a family-friendly atmosphere and good organization with electronic timing.

Late registrations are possible on race day from 5:00 PM until 30 minutes before the respective start with a late registration fee of €4 (for the 400 m kids' loop €1). Electronic timing is done with transponders on the back of the bib number (except for the 400 m kids' loop). Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the chest. The participant limit for main races (5.2 km, 5.2 km walking, 10.3 km) is 500 runners/walkers. Start and finish are at the sports field with changing rooms and showers. Children's races take place on grass and secured routes.
