EWE Nordseelauf - Etappe 3

The EWE North Sea Run is a traditional stage race across seven different East Frisian Islands on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast. Over eight days, participants run, walk or Nordic walk stages of around 10 km each, travelling from island to island. The event attracts running enthusiasts from across Germany and abroad and offers a unique running experience with a maritime atmosphere, dune landscapes and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea. Due to limited ferry capacity and infrastructure, the number of participants is limited, ensuring an exclusive and well-organised event.

Race bibs are distributed from approximately 1 hour after the special ferry arrives until 30 minutes before the start. The race bib, with an integrated timing chip, is used for all stages. Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available on the islands. Bag storage is provided. Information events are held on 19.06. before the race. The awards ceremony takes place at 15:00 on Borkum.
